Shipping policy

All online purchases come lovingly packaged in 100% recycled and recyclable pillow boxes & compostable postage bags. Shipping costs are below.

All parcels will be delivered and tracked by Australia Post or Sendle courier service. Delivery times can range between 2-7 days, however due to current circumstances there may be more delays. We will keep you informed via email.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

VICTORIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note there may be a processing delay with Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order once dispatched. You are able to track your delivery once processed.

Standard shipping (2-7 business days*) $6.95

Express shipping (1-2 business days*) $9.95 

*Once your order is dispatched, it may be subject to delay with Australia Post or the courier service and these times can only be used as a rough guide. Rural Australian areas may incur longer transit times.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

sheoak & sage is not responsible for parcels that are delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. Please contact the admin team at admin@sheoakandsage.com.au and we will endeavor to help you with the issue as quickly as possible.

sheoak & sage are not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. sheoak & sage are not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. However we will work with you to come to a solution so please contact us at admin@sheoakandsage.com.au.

PROCESSING TIMES

We work as hard as we can to process your order as quickly as possible.

During peak times such as promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods/days please allow an extra 2-3 days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 7-10 days creation and processing time for all earrings. This is a maximum time expected. We will keep you informed via email on the processing time.
