Refund policy
Unfortunately our earrings and candles are unable to be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
sheoak & sage do not provide refunds for change of mind. We will however provide a refund or replacement for manufacturing faults or breakages. Please email admin@sheoakandsage.com.au to process the request stating your name and order number. The return postage will be provided by the purchaser and items will be inspected prior to processing the refund or photo evidence emailed.
